AzQuiz is an AI-powered learning application designed to make studying more interactive, adaptive, and personal than traditional multiple-choice quiz tools. Instead of presenting learners with long static forms, AzQuiz uses a guided, conversation-style experience. Users can generate quizzes by topic, answer questions one at a time, receive AI-assisted explanations, review results, and continue practicing areas where they need improvement. The platform supports persistent learning sessions, generated question flows, answer evaluation, weak-area analysis, and “generate another” learning paths so users can continue building knowledge without losing context. Its architecture is designed for secure, scalable delivery with separate frontend, backend, database, authentication, payment, and AI services. AzQuiz is built as a modern cloud-native application using Next.js and React for the user experience, FastAPI for backend APIs, PostgreSQL for persistent data, Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, Stripe for subscription workflows, and OpenAI for AI-assisted learning features. The platform is deployed using containerized services on Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Artifact Registry, and Secret Manager.
